Julia Noss
Julia Noss joined Jürn-F. Konitzer as a partner at KONITZER & TAFEL Management Consultants in Düsseldorf in 2007.
After graduating from the University of Passau and the University of Düsseldorf, in 1996 she began working in accounting and financial controlling for a Dutch firm. Julia played a key role in establishing the controlling department of this firm and for preparing annual financial statements for its German sales and production subsidiaries. After being taken over by a competitor, Julia led the transitional process and integration of the firm into the new company. During this time, she was active in organizing and restructuring existing processes and office structures to new ones and helped coworkers adjust to their changed roles. This experience was she gained first experiences with sensitive separation situations.
Having acquired much valuable experience, Julia Noss then went on to become COO of a US consumer goods industry company, where she was responsible for domestic and international logistics and procurement for sales and production units. In 2001, she was assigned the job in her company of introducing the structural changes to sales and supply structure, which were implemented in Europe in that year. Here again, Julia was confronted with the topic of restructuring and personnel change and soon thereafter decided to bring her experience from the industry to become a consultant for outplacement and coaching in separation situations. She gathered her extensive know-how in the support of executive personnel while working for the renowned career consultants "Krings, von Busse: Köln", in Cologne, Germany.
As a partner at KONITZER & TAFEL, Julia Noss advises executive personnel and specialists in implementing their career goals in mid-to-large size companies, and she specializes in separation situations. She speaks fluent English and French, and serves as well international clients.
