Ingo Busse

Ingo Busse is a partner of KONITZER & TAFEL Managementberatung GmbH, Düsseldorf, Germany.

Previously, he worked at Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH and v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH, executing numerous consulting projects providing professional career transition support to executives.

After his studies in law and psychology at the Ruhr-University Bochum with a degree as a psychologist, he began his professional career in 1994 in his own firm. In close cooperation with the Institute for Management and Organization (IMO) GmbH, Bochum, Mr. Busse built up from scratch a company as managing partner, which has been particularly active in the Ruhr-Region. His focus was always in career management, coaching and the design and implementation of seminars and trainings as well as individual career transition consulting to executives, directors, managers and/or specialists,

After a structural reform in 2005, Mr. Busse decided to further apply his knowledge in professional career transition support. As a senior consultant at v. Rundstedt & Partner and Kienbaum Executive Consultants, he gained extensive experience in executive coaching and also coordinated major projects as a responsible manager in the field of transfer and group outplacement. Mr. Busse has built up a profound expertise in the area of separation management and individual career transition consulting, especially in the chemical, energy, utilities and food industries.

In 2011 Ingo Busse decided to join KONITZER & TAFEL Managementberatung GmbH and to offer is vast expertise both companies and executives in the difficult phase of separation.

Ingo Busse speaks English fluently and completed his training at the Institute für Systemische Beratung in Wiesloch, Germany successfully with the degree as Systemischer Coach.
