Ingo Busse is a partner at KONITZER & TAFEL Management Consultants in Düsseldorf.
He worked previously for Kienbaum Executive Consultants GmbH and v. Rundstedt & Partner GmbH, carrying out numerous consulting projects which provided professional career transition support to executives.
After his studies in law and psychology at the Ruhr-University Bochum, with a degree in psychology, he began his professional career in 1994 by setting up his own company. In close cooperation with the Institute for Management and Organization (IMO) GmbH, Bochum, Ingo, as Managing Director, built a company up from scratch which was particularly active in the Ruhr region. His focus was always on career management, coaching and the design and implementation of seminars and training, as well as individual career transition consulting to executives, directors, managers and/or specialists.
After a structural reform in 2005, Ingo decided to apply his knowledge further in professional career transition support. As a senior consultant at v. Rundstedt & Partner and Kienbaum Executive Consultants, he gained extensive experience in executive coaching and also coordinated major projects as a responsible manager in the field of transfer and group outplacement. Mr. Busse has established a profound expertise in the area of separation management and individual career transition consulting, especially in the chemical, energy, utilities and food industries.
In 2011 Ingo decided to join KONITZER & TAFEL Management Consultants and to offer his vast expertise for both companies and executives during the difficult phase of separation.
Ingo is fluent in English and completed his training with a degree as a coach at the Institut für Systemische Beratung, in Wiesloch, Germany.
