In order to make the most out of career coaching sessions, KONITZER & TAFEL uses the first meetings to clarify and understand where the client is in his or her career and where he or she wants to go, so that the goals are clearly defined by both parties.
Our consultants then develop a custom-made coaching plan and specify the parameters of the sessions. The duration and intensity of the career coaching depends on the point of focus which we determine right at the outset.
